TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Computer with connectivity for large-screen display (HDMI) — 1 computer per stage.
One stable wired internet connection (ideally fiber).
Stable Wi-Fi or a properly sized 4G/5G booster for the expected audience if the cellular network is insufficient.
Microphone system for speakers to be translated. Ideally: audio interface with unidirectional XLR microphones (handheld or headset).
Slides must be in .pptx format to optimize compatibility. Leave the lower third of the slides empty to allow integration of live-generated text.
